Being At Your Best During Times of Uncertainty and Crisis: Hallmarks of Self-Care. Video Series presenting evidenced based tips on self-care during a pandemic crisis.

Expiration: This enduring material activity was published on April 24, 2020. This enduring material activity qualifies for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit (TM) for 33 months following its publication (until December 31, 2022)

Requirements: read the overview, complete the Pre-Test, open/read the handouts; watch all videos, complete the Post-Test, and complete the evaluation form in order to receive credit for this activity. The post-test requires a score of 100% to pass with 3 attempts to successfully complete the post-test. Disclosure: The planners and faculty for this activity have reported no financial disclosures.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant should be able to:

  1. Identify at least three proven self-care strategies to help stay grounded during a crisis
  2. Identify the importance of self-talk and staying connected in maintaining optimal positive coping during times of uncertainty
