Overview
The discipline of anesthesia is evolving quickly, and anesthesia providers are frequently exposed to new updates on guidelines. Additionally, techniques, equipment, and technology continue to evolve and impact the daily practice of many anesthesia providers. The overall goal of this activity is to provide anesthesia providers with a forum to learn about recent updates and best practice initiatives, while also providing a platform to discuss the lates updates and processes around anesthesia care in a group setting.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant should be able to:

  1. Describe recent updates and best practice initiatives regarding multiple facets of general anesthesia care and anesthesia care of special populations.
  2. Discuss the latest updates and processes involving anesthesia care in a group setting.
  3. Describe recent updates in techniques, equipment, and technologies impacting anesthesia care delivery.
