The WellSpan Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) will be offering Faculty Development opportunities on a quarterly basis to help facilitate excellence in resident and medical student education. These sessions are open to all interested educators.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant should be able to:

  1. Describe best practices in adult medical education
  2. Discuss key skills necessary for faculty excellence
  3. Describe educational methods for use by faculty
