Caring for Menopause Patients

1. Discuss evidence-based approach to identifying symptoms and treating patients in perimenopause/menopause.
2. Identify current recommendations for menopause hormone therapy, contraindications to hormone therapy, and medication alternatives.
3. Identify professional resources and decision-making tools within Epic to better care for patients in perimenopause/menopause.
