Overview
This year's WellSpan Discovery Day will mark 40 years of showcasing resident and fellow research and scholarship at WellSpan. It is an opportunity to share results and be recognized for the creativity, expertise and determination that are essential to the success of scientific pursuit. For all, the program highlights WellSpan’s values and mission through our Working as One and enthusiasm for medical discovery. Our program will include an invited speaker this year. The program is planned to be in person in the York Hospital Education Pavilion.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant should be able to:

  1. Describe the objectives, methods, and results of original clinical and/or basic science studies.
  2. Summarize the findings and clinical significance of original clinical and/or basic science studies.
  3. Evaluate and apply research findings to clinical practice.
