Prospective case presented; newly diagnosed and treatment not yet initiated; new diagnosed and treatment initiated but discussion of additional treatment is needed. Previously diagnosed, initial treatment completed, but discussion of adjuvant treatment or treatment recurrence or progression needed. Previously diagnosed and discussion of supportive or palliative care is needed.

1. Identify high risk or presenting factors for newly diagnosed cancer patient
2. Describe the stage, prognostic indicators and treatment planning using national evidence based treatment guidelines
3. Discuss clinical trial participation when applicable
