ECMO (Extracorpeal Membrane Oxygenation) Case Conference 2025 WYH - 4/28/2025

The ECMO Case Conference provides multidisciplinary knowledge about patient assessment and selection, resource utilization, communication within the team and with the patient, team mobilization and teamwork in order to improve clinical practice to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.

1. Identify gaps in practice and strategize about resolutions to gaps
2. Discuss resource utilization, teamwork, equipment, supply accessibility, communication and team mobilization
3. Discuss patient eligibility and rationale for ECMO cannulation
4. Discuss and formulate ECMO patient management
