The Wellbeing of our Healthcare workforce is critical to the optimal care of our community and goals of our Healthcare system. We believe that caring for our employees is as important as caring for our patients. And we also believe that the Wellbeing of our employees will be a differentiating factor that will make WellSpan the regional Healthcare employer of choice for recruiting, retaining, and engaging the best people. The Wellbeing speakers and conferences are one way we can educate and engage our Health care workforce and system in improvement of the collective wellbeing.

1. Discuss trauma-informed principles.
2. Review stigmas and stereotypes associated with mental illness and trauma.
3. Identify the signs of potential trauma.
4. Identify immediate intervention that can be used to provide support and assist to de-escalate.
5. Review available support and resources.
