This class is designed to activate the people manager role within change management practice. Leaders will learn how to prepare themselves for change through a series of activities and how to lead their team through change by embodying each of the important roles for people managers during change. This event is designed for APPs within the WellSpan system who seek to enhance their knowledge and competence in the assessment and management of complex clinical conditions across diverse care settings. This will be accomplished through evidence-based lectures, interactive case discussions where participants will review current clinical guidelines, emerging therapies and best practices that support high quality patient centered care.

This program will serve to elevate provider understanding of palliative medicine in their own practice and within the WellSpan system. The education provided will increase knowledge and understanding of palliative medicine. It will also engage providers to practice primary palliative skills in their own practice.

Our goal for this workshop is to provide hands-on, high-yield procedural refreshers tailored to scenarios that require rapid, coordinated intervention in the emergency department.
