Neuroplastic Symptoms, Central Sensitization and Treatment - The Evidence. Physician leaders from 2 significantly differently structured programs, Dr. Eric Anderson (Lin Health – WellSpan Chronic Pain Recovery Program) and Dr. Sergey Borodianski (WellSpan Restorative Pain Program), will share a research-informed update on nociplastic pain and its evidenced-based treatment. This part II discusses: How did I help my patient gain support with evidenced-based treatments for nociplastic pain?

1. Identify resources for neuroplastic pain that can be initiated without specialty referral.
2. Interpret program outcome data in the context of differing enrolled populations.
3. Apply a referral algorithm that matches patient complexity, preference, and need for active medical oversight to physician-led transdisciplinary team care or virtual coach-delivered care.
