How to Log Attendance:

WellSpan Health utilizes CloudCME for accredited continuing education. CloudCME provides an integrative user portal with evaluations and transcripts providing a single place for users to house accredited education credits. Users will need an active CloudCME account by the day of education.

Create Your Account:

  1. Select Sign-In then Create New Account (CloudCME does not utilize your WellSpan password)
  2. Complete initial screen to create account, now sign in and access your Profile (My CME > Profile) to complete. Fields with * are required. Save and Log out.

Link Your Account and Cell for Attendance:

  1. Add a new Contact to your cell called CloudCME with phone number (717) 384-2404. Save.
  2. Send a text to CloudCME which contains only the email address with which you created your account to opt-in to the text message attendance program. You will receive a text saying your account is linked.
  3. Optional: add the CloudCME app (iOS & Android) to your cell. Organization code is: wellspan.

After the Program:

  1. Access your account (PC or phone app) and complete the evaluation in Evaluations and Certificates section. Credit now awarded with certificate & transcripts updated.

Day of Program:

  1. A 4-5 digit code or QR code will be provided.
    1. Text only this 4- or 5-digit code to CloudCME. You will receive a text back saying you are logged in to the event and a reminder to complete the evaluation.
      OR
    2. Scan the QR code using the CloudCME phone app. [NOT your camera]
  2. Try attendance texting. Text 5504 now to see how it works.
